This website, located at www.dgreenlan.shop, was developed and is maintained by DGREEN L (the "Developer") on behalf of the company.

This Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, the limited circumstances in which we share it, and the rights you may exercise. By using the website you accept the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Contact and project data. When you email us or submit the scope form, we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), the service sheet you select, site or parcel location, and the content of your message.
• Engagement data. If an inquiry matures into a project, we may collect site documents, plans, reports, billing information, and correspondence under a separate services agreement.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) records standard request logs: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, and timestamps.
• No tracking cookies. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use analytics pixels or fingerprinting.

3. How We Use Information

• To read, index, and respond to your scope requests;
• To prepare proposals naming the applicable sheets and deliverables;
• To perform obligations under an executed services agreement;
• To comply with legal, tax, licensing, and project record-keeping requirements;
• To maintain the security and availability of the website;
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights.

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis — your request (pre-contractual steps), contract performance, legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing a professional services website.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. Hosting (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) and domain services (Spaceship) process data solely to operate the site under their own agreements.
• Project subconsultants. Licensed engineers, surveyors, laboratories, or inspectors engaged on your project, limited to what the scope requires.
• Legal compulsion. Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the company or others.
• Business transfer. In connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to the acquirer honoring this Policy.

5. Data Retention

Scope requests and correspondence are retained for up to three (3) years unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement. Project records — reports, drawings, and test data — are retained for the period required by professional standards and applicable law, typically seven (7) years or longer where construction documents are concerned. When retention ends, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

6. Data Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our size: access limited to personnel who need it, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for all site traffic, provider-level infrastructure security through Google Cloud, and no public-facing databases on this website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you believe a communication with us has been compromised, contact us immediately using the details in Section 11.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including Utah, other U.S. state privacy laws, and the GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable), you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Request deletion of information we no longer need;

• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;

The website is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure which may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to the safeguards described above and the providers' own data-processing terms.
